• 11/5/12 (Monday): 7:30 AM Pick up guests from UCLA Guest House and Tiverton House and drop off at De Neve turnaround.
• 11/5/12 (Monday): 8:00 PM Pick up guests at De Neve turnaround and drop off at Tiverton House and UCLA Guest House.
• 11/6/12 (Tuesday): 7:30 AM Pick up guests from UCLA Guest House and Tiverton House and drop off at De Neve turnaround.
• 11/6/12 (Tuesday): 5:30 PM Pick up guests at De Neve turnaround and drop off at Tiverton House and UCLA Guest House.

A block of rooms will be been held the UCLA Guest House until October 15, 2012.
