We highly recommend the attendees to stay in the conference hotel. The program will start from 8AM and breakfast will be provided.
The Reagan National Airport, Metro Rail Station, downtown Washington D.C., and the Pentagon are all just minutes away from the hotel. The hotel provides shuttles to Pentagon City Metro station every 30 minutes. For more information about the venue, please click Here.
Visa Information
The sites U.S. VISAS and TRAVEL.STATE.GOV have information about obtaining a visa for those traveling to the United States. Both sites have links to websites for U.S. embassies and consulates worldwide. The embassy and consulate websites have very helpful information about procedures, timelines, communities served, required documentation, and fees.
