Registration
Each accepted full paper or short paper must have at least one author registered for the conference by October 23th, 2025 23:59 PDT , to enjoy the discounted rate. Registration can still be completed after this date. Full papers or short papers require full registration.
At least one author of each accepted extended abstract must register for the conference for the extended abstract to be included in the conference proceedings. Extended abstracts require registration (student or full registration).
Each Full registration can cover at most TWO papers of any kinds ( including full papers, short papers, and extended abstracts ). Each Student registration can cover at most TWO extended abstracts.
Please follow this link, https://wuwnet25.edas.info/ to learn more about various registration options. You can complete the registration on EDAS using USD or Euros.
If an invoice is required, please provide the following information:
invoice title, taxpayer identification number, invoice amount (including tax), and invoice
remarks (please indicate if needed, otherwise write 'not
needed').

Payment by RMB is accepted only through Bank Wire Transfer (see below) noting "WUWNet". Please be sure to send the payment receipt to the email zhengqiaoning@stu.xmu.edu.cn, with the subject line 'WUWNet' 25 Registration'. In the email, please clearly include your full name, EDAS number, type of registration, and paper IDs (one registration can cover at most two papers).
