Registration
At least one of the author of each accepted full or short paper has to register for the conference by November 10th, 2023 22:59 PDT for the paper to be included in the Conference Proceedings. A full registration is needed for a full or short paper.
At least one of the author of each accepted Extended Abstract has to register for the conference by November 10th, 2023 22:59 PDT forthe Extended Abstract to be included in the Conference Proceedings. A registration ( student or full ) is needed for an Extended Abstract.
Each Full registration can cover at most TWO papers of any kinds ( including full papers, short papers, and extended abstracts ). Each Student registration can cover at most TWO extended abstracts.

Payment by RMB is accepted only through Bank Wire Transfer (see below) noting "WUWNet". Please make sure you send the payment voucher to Dr. Zheng Peng ( UESTC Shenzhen Institute for Advanced Study ) via email titled "WUWNet' 23 Registration" to zheng.peng@uestc.edu.cn. In the email, please clearly include your full name, EDAS number, type of registration, and paper IDs (one registration can cover at most two papers).
