Student Poster Competition

Student are invited to submit posters to the conference: Yes, you still have time to contribute. The WIP Poster submission due data is November 5th, 2018. The student poster competition aims to provide a forum for researchers to show their innovative and emerging work and obtain early feedback on ongoing research from the conference attendees. We welcome intermediate results of undergoing research, premising progresses, and educational overview, which are related to underwater networks and systems. Awards will be given to outstanding posters.

Poster Submission Instructions

Please submit an extended abstract (no more than 2 pages) of your poster as a PDF e-mail attachment to with a subject line “ WUWNet 2018 Poster Submission ” before the deadline. Please be as specific as possible in describing what you will show. Accepted abstracts will be posted and maintained on the conference website, but not published in the proceedings.

You are welcome to use ACM conference format, specified at the WUWNet’18 paper submission guideline page.

Poster Presentation Instructions

Both extended abstracts and student posters require the authors to show their posters throughout the conference. Posters will be posted on the walls. We will also provide 40” x 60” foam boards and accessories. You are free to use different poster sizes, such as 36” x 48”, 36” x 56”, and 40” x 60”.
