Best Full Paper & Best Short Paper Awards
WUWNet'26 will present a Best Full Paper Award and a Best Short Paper Award to recognize exceptional technical contributions.
Eligibility:
- The first author of the paper must be a student at the time of submission.
- The paper must be accepted and presented at the conference.
Selection Process:
- Shortlisting: Candidates are selected based on peer‑review scores and student eligibility.
- Best Paper Sessions: Shortlisted papers will be presented in dedicated the Best Paper Session at the conference.
- Final Decision: An Award Selection Committee — formed by the TPC Co‑Chairs and Executive Members — will evaluate both the technical content and live presentations to choose the final awardees.
Award Announcement:
The winners of the Best Full Paper Award and Best Short Paper Award will be officially announced and presented with their certificates during the Conference Banquet.
Best Poster / Demo Award
WUWNet'26 is pleased to present the Best Poster / Demo Award, voted on directly by conference attendees!
How to Vote:
- Receive Your Ballot: Every attendee will receive an official voting ballot upon registration.
- Explore & Engage: Visit the Poster & Demo Sessions, explore the interactive presentations, and vote for your favorite poster or demo.
- Cast Your Vote: Drop your completed ballot into the Best Poster / Demo Ballot Box located at the conference site.
Award Announcement:
The winner will be officially announced during the Closing Ceremony on the final day of the conference.
