At least one author of each accepted full paper, short paper, or extended abstract must complete full registration by [] for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings and to qualify for the early‑bird registration rate. Registrations completed after this deadline will be charged at the late/on‑site registration rate.
Each Full Registration can cover at most TWO papers of any kind (including full papers, short papers, and extended abstracts). Each Student Registration can cover ONE paper of any kind.
Participation Only registration is intended for attendees without an accepted paper and does not cover publication of any accepted paper.

EDAS accepts RMB payments, and payment through EDAS is the preferred method of registration. If authors are unable to complete their registration and payment through EDAS, payment may be made by bank/wire transfer. After completing the payment, please send proof of payment to eelinhong@ust.hk. Use “WUWNet'26 Registration” as the email subject and clearly state the registrant’s name, EDAS number, registration type, and paper ID(s). One registration may cover at most two papers, subject to the coverage rules above.
For each accepted paper covered by an eligible registration, the registration fee listed above already includes the applicable Article Processing Charge (APC). Authors do not need to pay the APC separately.
For transparency, the APC component included in the registration fee is determined by the corresponding author’s institutional affiliation and the authors’ ACM membership status, as follows:
